Vincent Karenzi is the Production Manager at Rwanda Trading Company. At RTC, Vincent oversees coffee receiving, storing, processing, quality control, packaging and exporting. He holds a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University in Agriculture Business Management, Environmental Studies and International Development.

Vincent is a Bridge2Rwanda Fellow from Group 2 and works part-time as a Transition Coach where he helps B2R Scholars adapt to a new culture during their first year at university abroad.
