Before joining B2R, Blaise spent 14 years working with the Rwanda Revenue Authority as Head of Division Logistics & Maintenance, where he managed and coordinated all logistics both nationally and in Rwanda's East African Liaison offices. He has extensive experience in strategy, budgeting, troubleshooting, maintenance, procurement, and policy creation, which he now uses in his managing role at B2R Services. Blaise has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, a Post Graduate diploma in Computer Maintenance and Networking from India and MBA. He is married and has three children.
