Transition Coach

Arlette joined Bridge2Rwanda in 2013 as a Group 3 Scholar and currently serves as a Scholar Transition Coach. As a Scholar Transition Coach, she provides guidance to Scholars through their freshman year as they begin their journey in college, a new setting and lifestyle for them.
As a MasterCard Scholar, Arlette graduated from Quest University Canada where she pursued a Bachelor of Arts and Science with a focus on Health Policy. Upon graduation, she joined MASS Design Group, a nonprofit design collective that focuses on ways in which design can be leveraged to create positive social impact, where she supports both the Business Development and Communications teams. Arlette has a deep interest in mental health and holds a certificate from a 6-month course in Applied Counseling Skills.
