Yves currently serves as Rwanda’s Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Innovation & ICT, appointed by President Kagame in March 2020. He is a committed follower of Jesus and has worked closely with B2R for almost ten years. Yves has worked as the Rwanda Country Director for Allan and Gill Gray Philanthropy and the Global Director or Operations for MASS Design Group. As a Rwanda Presidential Scholar, he earned a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Oklahoma Christian University and his MBA from Africa Leadership University’s School of Business.He is also the Co-founder and CEO of Emerging Leaders and Entrepreneurs of Rwanda. Yves previously served on the B2R Board of Advisors. He lives in Kigali with his wife, Diana, and their young daughter, Nisca.
