Dub Stocker has a reputation for building and successfully exiting oil and gas assets in Texas. He has been the founder and managing partner of a series of Fort Worth-based oil and gas companies focused on acquisition, exploration, development and production. In addition to building energy companies, Dub has had a successful career practicing law.  He was recognized as one of the state’s finest corporate litigators, being named as a “Super Lawyer” by Texas Monthly magazine and also recognized by Fort Worth Magazine as one of Tarrant County’s top trial attorneys.

Dub graduated from Abilene Christian University, where he was captain of the 1973 NAIA National Championship Football Team, and inducted into the ACU Sports Hall of Fame in 2011. He holds a J.D. from Texas Tech University. Dub serves on the boards of ACH Child and Family Services and Southwest Christian School. Dub and his wife, Valerie, live in Fort Worth and have five children and two grandchildren.
