Sosthene Ndayisaba is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, resource mobilization, tax compliance, and advisory services. He has held senior roles in both the nonprofit and private sectors, including as Resource Mobilization Manager at OX Rwanda and Lead Controller at Jibu Corporate (RW) Ltd. Sosthene’s career began at Bridge2Rwanda in 2010 as a part-time intern. He joined the team full-time in 2011 as Business Manager and later played a key role in founding Acacia Accounting Ltd, an impact-driven financial services firm launched under Bridge2Rwanda’s leadership. Now returning as Director of Finance, Sosthene brings a deep understanding of the organization and a wealth of financial expertise. He is excited to contribute once again to Bridge2Rwanda’s mission, the place where his professional journey began.
