Ritah Nshuti serves as B2R Farms Director of Operations & Special Projects, where she leads efforts to streamline operations, support strategic growth, and champion special initiatives that advance our mission and the vision of Foundations for Farming. She brings a rich background in agriculture and leadership, having served as Advisor to Rwanda’s Minister of Agriculture and Animal Resources, COO of Zamura Ltd, and manager of a USAID-funded rural livelihoods program. Across all her roles, Ritah has remained deeply committed to food security, sustainability, and community development.
