Liliane graduated from Davidson College with a degree in Psychology and Economics. She began her career at B2R as a Coordination and Development Associate, where she played a key role in driving project coordination, ensuring strategic alignment, and fostering meaningful partnerships. Currently, she focuses on university scholar support, guiding Isomo scholars through their transition to college and offering consistent support throughout their university journey. Liliane is passionate about creating structures and systems that empower people to reach their full potential, both personally and professionally, and finds that her work at B2R allows her to do exactly that and much more.
