DALE DAWSON, FOUNDER & CEO
Magnifique graduated from Tufts University in 2020 and earned her Master’s in Data Science, Technology, and Innovation from the University of Edinburgh. Today, Magnifique works as a Senior Analyst at Vanguard Economics, where she uses numbers to shed light on socioeconomic challenges and identify innovative, home-grown solutions.
B2R Fellow, Bright Ntambara, graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2018 and earned his Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Edinburgh. Today, he works as the Programs Manager at Inkomoko, where he is focused on supporting entrepreneurs across Africa.
Janvier graduated from Texas Christian University and launched his career as an Operations Associate at MASS Design, where he helped manage construction of world-class projects like the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund. Today, Janvier serves as the Global Finance Director at the company.
Arlette graduated from Quest University in Canada and went on to earn her Master’s in International Public Health from Liverpool John Moores University. Today, she works as a Health and Wellbeing Programme Associate at the Africa Union Communion’s (AUC) Women Gender and Youth Directorate where she leads initiatives to promote health, education, entrepreneurship, and employment for 300 million young Africans by 2030.
B2R, Fellow, Emmanuel Bahizi, graduated from UPenn and launched his career at Bank of Kigali where he quickly rose to the Corporate Banking Manager position. Today, he now serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Kivu Choice, a soon to be vertically integrated tilapia farm, with plans to become the largest and most sustainable protein producer in Rwanda.
Allen is interested in using technology to up-skill talent and sustain economies. After graduating from Bates College, she founded Talent Match a social enterprise that partners with both universities and employers to create career development programs that help solve the skills gap in Rwanda. As the CEO, she is leading Talent Match to achieve its mission of building an agile, capable and dynamic workforce for Rwanda and Africa.
B2R Fellow, Leslie Kaze graduated from the University of Rochester and joined Team Heart as a Development Officer. She went on to earn her Master’s in Global Health Policy from the University of Edinburgh. Today, she is now the Country Director, leading the team on the ground as they partner with the Rwandan Ministry of Health and Rwanda Heart Foundation to build a cardiac surgery program in Rwanda.
Following his graduation from Michigan State University, Vincent began working as a Procurement Associate at Rwanda Trading Company, the largest exporter of specialty coffee in Rwanda. Today, he leads production as an Operations Manager at the company.
B2R Fellow, Audace Nakeshimana, studied at MIT, where he combined his passion for tele-radiology, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship through his tech start-up, Insightiv, which builds cutting-edge digital systems to tackle healthcare challenges in developing countries.
