As a B2R Fellow and graduate of Princeton University, Serge holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering. At The BRIDGE, Serge is responsible for growing its network of partner employers and connecting candidates with jobs and internships. Prior to joining The BRIDGE, Serge worked as a Program Manager for MINIMEX Ltd where he designed and implemented a new product development program aimed at increasing the presence of nutritious products on the Rwandan market.
