Residential Director

Peace serves on the ground in Bridge2Rwanda’s Scholar Support team, overseeing the general well-being of Scholars in the gap-year program. As the Director of the dormitory, Peace ensures that Scholars develop themselves personally and socially while they focus on their rigorous academic pursuits. Prior to joining B2R, Peace was actively engaged in development projects in Kenya and Rwanda. She has more than 25 years of experience building capacity and serving as a counselor for vulnerable populations. Peace is passionate about mentoring young people and considers the B2R Scholars a part of her family. Peace is blessed with two grown daughters and two grown sons.

Favorite piece of art: I like pictures of my family, my kids and grandchildren. They bring joy to me when I look at them and reminisce on the hardship of raising them and the legacy I have through my grand children.
