Happiness Uwase is the Managing Director of Career and Personal Development at Bridge2Rwanda. She leads the Career Developlmet Team in helping B2R Scholars identify their vocational calling, secure internship opportunities, and find full-time employment opportunities in Africa when they graduate. In addition, she also oversees Scholars' personal development throughout their time at the Leadership Academy in Kigali and university abroad. Prior to working with for B2R, Happiness worked as a membership coordinator and operations manager for the Rwandan Chamber of Information and Communications Technology (ICT). She developed an interested in working with young entrepreneurs through volunteer experiences. Happiness completed her bachelor's degree in computing from Cardiff Metropolitan University in the U.K.
