Blayne joined Bridge2Rwanda in 2008 as a Business Manager in Little Rock, Arkansas. He served in Rwanda from 2010 through 2015 – first, as B2R’s Managing Director of Operations and then, for his last two years, as Executive Director in charge of growing the B2R Scholars Program.

In 2016 he moved to Nebraska to serve as the Director of Partnerships & Exchange-Africa at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources where he leads the school’s relationship with the Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture and coordinates the Undergraduate Scholarship Program for 200 Rwandan students – two initiatives supported by the Howard G. Buffett Foundation.
