Andrea Redmond is an independent consultant and serves on President Kagame’s Presidential Advisory Council. She previously spent 20 years with Russell Reynolds, a global executive search firm, as co-head of the firm’s CEO and Board Services practice for Fortune 500 clients. Andrea has co-authored two books – Rwanda, Inc.: How a Devastated Nation Became an Economic Model for the Developing World and Comebacks: Powerful Lessons from Leaders Who Endured Setbacks and Recaptured Success on Their Terms. 

Andrea serves on the boards of The Allstate Corporation, Children’s Memorial Hospital, Northwestern Memorial Hospital and LivingWell Cancer Resource Center. She earned a BS from Northern Illinois University and a MBA from George Williams College.
