It is Rwanda’s innovative way of drawing smart, humble, and committed individuals from around the world to assist in the development of their country. B2R’s “borrowed talent” are experienced professionals who have answered the call to work along side Rwandan leaders in special assignments focused on education and economic development. Rwanda’s leaders and our Bridge2Rwanda staff share bold dreams for Rwanda and are passionately engaged in the work needed to accomplish the country’s ambitious goals for the future.
