Muhabura University is seeking a Dean for the Faculty of Engineering (Dean, College of Engineering). This position will work closely with the Dean of the Faculty of Business, Dean of Leadership and the Dean of Students. The position requires the oversight of all faculties, administration, development of programs and curriculum related to the Engineering School. Degree tracts include, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil engineering. Construction Sciences, and ICT are also included as degree tracts.
The position requires excellent organizational, management and leadership skills. In addition the candidate should demonstrate a passion and experience in classroom instruction.

Serve as principal ministry, academic and administrative leader working to achieve the universities mission and strategic plan initiatives. The Dean has the responsibility for planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, curriculum, instruction, and other spiritual matters including chapel. This position actively represents the Muhabura University ministry to students, parents, staff and faculty. Qualified adventurous lawyers with experience in Contract Law are needed to serve Rwanda in the review and analysis of major government contracts, which are generally prepared and presented by multinational corporations, NGOs, and foreign investors.
